Challenge
Originally launched as a simple chatbot, the product grew into a full-service assistant—capable of handling order updates, follow-ups, multilingual responses, and even AI-driven sales prompts. However, as the feature set expanded, we noticed a significant gap: small business owners struggled to understand what the AI was doing, when to trust it, and how to intervene. This led to underutilized features, early trial drop-offs, and missed opportunities for automation.
Solution
To address this, we reimagined Talkvisor’s core experience through two critical touchpoints—the dashboard and the conversations page. These became the “control center” of the product, designed to give users real-time visibility into AI activity, surface clear actions (like approving suggested replies or tracking orders), and reduce friction for non-technical users. This redesign marked a pivotal step in repositioning Talkvisor from a basic chatbot into an intelligent, user-centered AI platform.
